Our photo days are designed to feel relaxed, gentle and fun, never rushed or overwhelming. 

Your child comes first. While we love creating beautiful images, your child's comfort and experience will always come first!  Whether your child is full of energy, a little reserved, or needs extra support, we will always meet them patience, understanding and kindness, because we know the best photos come from children who feel safe and happy.

To ensure a smooth and well-organised photo day, we kindly ask that parents/guardians complete the registration form, which is available via the link on our home page, or click HERE, by 4pm the day prior to photo day. 

Due to current centre guidelines around device usage, we are unable to check for new registrations on the day.  

There is no upfront fee and no obligation to purchase.

Registration simply gives us consent to photograph your child and allows us to securely deliver your child's private online gallery for viewing, should you wish to purchase.

To keep the day running calmly and efficiently, individual photographs are taken for registered children only.

For kindergarten centres, if you choose not to register your child for individual portraits but are happy for them to be included in a traditional class photo, a "Group Photo Consent" form will be provided for you to complete prior to or on photo day morning.

Before Photo Day

In the lead up to photo day you will receive helpful information and reminders, including an email with your centres scheduled photo dates. We are always here to help to support you so please feel welcome to reach out at any stage.

Photo Day

Children are dropped off by parents to the centre and once settled, we will begin photographing in a calm and gentle way. We capture a variety of natural portraits and relaxed playful moments for each registered child.

At kindergartens, if a traditional style class photo has been requested, we aim to take this photo after all the individual photos have been taken. 

Private Gallery Sent to Parents/Guardians

Approximately 2-3 weeks after photo day, you will receive an email with details regarding access to a private online gallery.  From here you can view your images and choose your preferred packages in your own time. Galleries remain open for approximately 2 weeks after receiving them. All orders placed before the closing day will be delivered to your child's centre. Orders placed after the closing date may incur a small fee to cover delivery to your home address. 

For the best viewing experience, we highly recommend logging on to a desktop (eg. pc, laptop, ipad) to view your gallery, rather than your mobile phone.
